    Think he might mean using the Enh to lower the cost of empower, if it also lowered the cost of empowered healing.

    If I got it right the answer is no.

    It does not.

    My suggestiong would be to take Empowering as feat, not Empowered Healing. Take all the cost reductions. Get a ring of Thellis from Hound (2 more points off) an use it both offensivly and defensivly.
