    Default Stunning Blow, tumble... worth it?

    I realize these are radically different items, but both are on my list for a new toon I am respeccing after feedback in Char Build forum.

    One criticism was levied against Tumble which I thought could be a neat skill. I had put in some hefty numbers but was told to only put ONE point as this was all that I needed. The way it was put, it sounded as if anything more was an utter waste. is that so?

    Another idea I have been toying with after I found myself with more feats than I had on my absolute must-have list, was Stunning Blow. Presuming I followed up with this with the strengthening enhancements, how attractive would this be, adding Weighted items? Or would I simply be better off using Paralyzers and the like at the appropriate time and not waste the feat and enhancements? This is for a TWF Dwarven axe user BTW.

    Tumble is fun and can be of use.

    High Tumble reduces or can eliminate falling damage. Tumble with Mobility feat adds +4AC while Tumbling. Higher Tumble allows for farther Tumbles and unique Tumble animations. It's usefulness can only be determined by you and how you play.

    Now, Stunning Blow...

    Stunning Blow/Fist are great combat abilities. ATM 'of Weighted' adds to your DC of Stunning Blow making it more successful on landing. You would be surprised on how many things you can outright Stun and while Stunned, all auto-crits.

    Since I don't know your build or play-style, I cannot comfortably recommend investing in Tumble, but I do not think you can go wrong with Stunning Blow in any case.

    I usually keep FF on me, so Tumble wouldn't really be for falling. The description says you will roll away from enemies, which is part of the plan. As to Stunning Blow, I may use it, hard to say, having no experience with it. I had some 3 feats at least only for saves, even maxxing outy the obvious GWF, Improved Crits, etc. So I began to look at the other options.

    Stunning blow is awesome. High str + a 5% weighted item and you are good to go. I have a TWF that uses the tenderizer in my off hand and a lightning II weapon in primary. The weighted bonus applies to both weapons. Definitely worth getting.

    I incorporate as many ranks of tumble as humanly possible on nearly every toon I make - I'm addicted.

    Stunning blow, for a TWF, is one of the best feats out there IMO. I have not liked it quite as much on a THF - but it is a powerful feat regardless. High level of recommendation from me on any character with the feat room to fit it.
