    Angry VIP to Free, not Premium.

    I got a small problem with my account.

    After VIP status expiration, my account was changed to Free account. It would be okay with me, but now I have only 2 character slots available, instead of 4 for "Premium" account, and, honestly, it's making me some inconveniences.

    Just to ensure, I had no problems with payment, and used VIP contents for a month.

    Could anyone explain it to me, please?

    Well, he doesn't spend all his time on the forums, but he wanders through occasionally. He thinks you should check your account too.

    Angry I need help from an multi-eyed organism!

    I tried to buy the turbine points for the war forged and drow races, and now I am stuck in a premium membership paying each month for it. That is NOT what I wanted. I just wanted the races so I could play them. Is there any way to delete this and just play for free again?

    Was also demoted directly to f2p and missing 2 characters i would like to play.

    Hello Victorie,

    Good day. I seem to be having similar issues, I got downgraded to F2P instead to premium. It would be great to play as premium until I fix my account issues and go back to VIP. Tnx.

    The beholder tells me that vettkinn, n1x0r and FunkyGoose should be all set.

    AveSatanas, Premium is still Free. You get Premium access if you ever buy anything (ie Turbine Points or VIP access) at any point. There is no monthly charge for Premium. It is just enhanced access since you've bought something.
