    Default Dwarven Healbot

Was thinking about the following basically geared to Max Healing ability
If there are any changes that would make offense much better with a minimal decrease to healing that would be welcome.

Personally I don't play healbot any more (as a lot people here) so you won't see a lot of response about asking healbot build advice here... as you can play healbot on most any type of cleric build.

Nevertheless, dump Extra Turning. It's hardly worth a feat slot, take Empower or Greater Spell Penetration instead. (Personally I would dump empower healing alltogether and goes full offense casting cleric, since you can easily swap bwtween healbot mode and offense casting mode without problem in such build). Toughness was also a good feat to take even if you want to play healbot.

    Enhancement wise:

Dump the whole chain of Divine Light and possible highest rank extra turning (you can even dump Divine Healing if it fit your style more), get slightly higher rank of Cleric Wand and Scroll Mastery. If you get Toughness feat, then you can spend at least a few rank on racial toughness enhancement which can greater boost your HP pool (Toughness feat + 3 racial toughness enhancement = 52 extra HP at level 20). You can also get Dwarven Spell Defense enhancement (yeah it's a waste to play a dwarf without buying such enhancement. 6 AP for +3 save against most spell), since it does increase your survival ability greatly. Taking Sovereign Faith line up to rank 2 if you really want to play healbot mode, in case you also gain free Longsword proficiency by 1 turn usage, and powerful heal once per 10 mins.

    Stat wise:

I would also dump cha to 8 or even less and pump strength up. You can help up clear some trash via your vorpal Longsword (which is a lot easier to obtain than vorpal Sickle) or such when you don't want spend sp on those thing. You can still doing your DV / DH stuff, just lost 2 usage (if you drop to 8 cha, or 3 if you keep 6 cha) and it's hardly notice after mid-game -- you also have less chance to get trip or stuck with web :-)

Dex 10 was really not that necessary -- spend it anywhere you like, even INT works a lot better (since you can get one more skill point to spend per level, put it on either balance or jump -- which I prefer jump more than balance)

Is there a good dwarven offense casting cleric/20 build out there?

To make the build a bit more enjoyable drop the cha. DV's are better saved for humans and non dwarf/wf, and turn undead attempts at end game are good only for DI. Put those points in str should make you have a higher to hit without buffs and slightly higher damage (and jump :P ). Keep your wis and con high like you have it and make sure you take empower and maximize, use these for BB and healing.

This will make you have the clr that is fine for mass healing, singular healing (little less so then the clr that has empowered healing), and a very nice hitting blade barrier. During low lvls you might be more of a heaing bot, but there is always searing light, hobgoblins are not the only ones that can spam it ever 6 secs.
I would have a sig, but Someone might be offended by it so I will just list characters.
Vicinity, Proximity, and far to many bank toons too list.
-Sorry to any bank toons that are offended by me not listing mine-

Anyone telling you to drop wisdom on an offensive casting cleric shouldn't be giving advice on builds period.

Honestly on the build in the link you provided I'd probably drop the Charisma in favor of a little more Strength. My husband (lifestaker, who commented above) made a build similar to that with a 10 STR, and regrets putting so little into STR because of constant encumbrance issues. As stated above a higher STR will also help you when you decide to save some spell points and pull out a vorpal instead. A CON of 14 is fine. Really, to me anyway, Divine Vitality isn't as great as people make it seem. I'd drop the extra turning feat and take Extend in it's place.

Now for the build in this thread, please, please, PLEASE don't put all your skill points into Diplomacy. You really should be investing in Concentration. Yes I know you are taking Quicken but it's not generally wise to keep Quicken on all the time because of the mana consumption that's involved. On my cleric I only really use Quicken for Blade Barriers, or in a fight where I'm in pretty close proximity to where the main battle is happening (like in Part 2 of ToD). Samho gave some pretty sound advice, as you can see in his signature he's got 6 clerics (and a FvS), and I have the pleasure of grouping and talking with him often in-game; he definitely knows his stuff as far as divine casters go.
