    Default Barbarians in Heavy Armor

I haven't played for a long time and I was checking one of my old toons that is level 9 and it is a WF barbarian. I know I created the toon even before the server merge.

One of the first thing I notice why my WF is in Heavy Armor which is Adamantine? I can't seem to remember the reason why I took it. I'm glad though that you can respec body feat now.

I know they made an evasion nerf way back and it stopped working in Heavy Armor.

My question is, what does a WF barbarian lose by having an adamantine body? Do I lose fast movement or any other abilities?

no, but youll loose -x tohit where x is the armor check penalty (usualy 8 with ada plate) cause youre not proficient with it

Wrong. A WF is always proficient with their body.

You lose a feat slot that could be doing something useful for you. Consider THF or Stunning Blow.

Thanks for the info. I remember now. The level cap back then was 10 when I made the character. Back then DPS warforge barbarian or WF fighter are not that much welcome in parties because of healing limitations that is why I took the body feat for AC.
