I looted this a couple of days ago and am looking to sell it. Not sure what the value of this is but for a battle focused arcane caster this is an ideal item that has a 0 arcane failure and since archers are generally the bane of arcanes gives a 5dr against pierce attacks from archers and rogue based npcs.

I am not sure what the model looks like and will see if I can get a pic of it modeled and post here. I think it is a level 12 or 14 item, probably closer to 14.
