We are a new guild seeking people that like to take things slow, enjoy the game and do things right. We hope to make this a guild that individuals with military or law enforcement experience will enjoy, along with all others who are focused on teamwork, tactics and gameplay experience.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 20 years of age.
- Must have a microphone.
- Must be comfortable with mature language.
- Must enjoy slow calculated play...as well as fast-paced precision destruction.
- Must be able to either lead or follow (there is nothing in between).

Our parties have specific roles such as Point Man, Navigator and Team Leader. We move as a unit and exercise the skills of each party member. We attack casters first, stick together and patiently describe the most effective tactics to apply toward the minions ahead. We enjoy the adventure of the game and don't cower down at the idea of going into uncharted territory without a guide. Most of us play for several hours at a time so expect leisurely cigarette breaks and plenty of time to prepare for the next adventure.
If you're tired of huge repair bills or needlessly wasting your mana to heal and raise people who've "bravely" marched off on their own, then this is the guild for you. If you're sick of being left in the dust and eaten alive while the rest of your "team" loots the dungeon, then you've found the answer to a more enjoyable gaming experience.

The following is the SOP (Stand Operating Procedure) of Tactical Legion parties. Please familiarize yourself with our SOP before requesting to join Tactical Legion.
PRE-QUEST ROLE DESIGNATION
These roles must be determined before the start of any quest.
Point Man - This individual is tasked with moving ahead of the party to point the way. The Point Man must be sure not to move too quickly so as to not leave his party members behind. No other member should be followed but this individual unless otherwise directed by the Team Leader or Navigator. By having a designated Point Man, it insures that the party doesn't easily get split up. Requirement: Rogue or [if no traps] an individual familiar with the quest.
Navigator - This is the person most familiar with the quest. Requirement: Quest familiarity.
ADDITIONAL ROLE
The following roll doesn't need to be called and tends to become obvious as a quest progresses.
Team Leader - This is the most senior player in terms of game familiarity. This person will make corrections to party performance and behavior ("You guys need to make better use of the fire walls and focus on taking down the casters first.") and call out specific attacks ("We're approaching a fire elemental, prepare to use ice attacks.") or other pertinent game information. Requirement: Game familiarity and a strategic mind.
TEMPORARY ROLE
The following roles are called out during the quest as necessary for the survival of the party. Unless a quest specifically requires that the party split up, only those persons called to these roles may break free from the party's formation.
Scout - This individual may be called to scout up ahead. When he is called, the rest of the party members must either immediately halt movement or move in accordance with what has been specified by the Navigator or Team Leader. Requirement: Rogue or Ranger [usually]
Sniper - When a Sniper is called, the party must immediately halt or move in accordance with the directions of the Navigator or Team Leader. The Sniper may be tasked with aggravating enemies so that they can be ensnared by the party's ambush or the sniper may be tasked with venturing ahead to clear the way on his own. Requirements: Ranger [usually]
Healer - The Healer is called to break free from the party's formation to resurrect or otherwise rescue another party member. At this time, the party should halt movement or carefully move ahead as directed by the Team Leader or Navigator. Requirements: Cleric or Favored Soul [usually]
