Healing Ki 1?

When my monk turned level 3 and I got FoL, I started using the Healing Ki Finisher to keep my health up in lower quests.

It said it heals 2D4, and still shows this now that I'm level 5.

However, the compendium on Monks state:

Healing Ki I
10 Ki. Prep: pos pos pos
You heal all nearby allies for 1d4 plus 1d4 per two monk levels. (Does not harm undead foes)

Is the compendium wrong, or is the button for the finisher a typo?


Also, if the compendium is wrong, should I stop planning on using Healing Ki (and possibly FoL) in favor of elemental strikes, unless I'm trying to do a party buff after level 7?
