well, on my tactical fighter the DC is higher than regular trip

I was under the impression the only difference between Improved trip and trip is the duration the target stays on its back.
there's one thing you never put in a trap if you're smart. If you value your continued existence. If you have any plans on seeing tomorrow then there's one thing you never, ever put in a trap.
That is kind of what I'm asking. Is there anything about Improved Trip that is not working the way it should? When you say the DC is higher, can you confirm that beyond the display rollover? I'm playing around with some PD fighter builds and would like to know if it works properly.
I vaguely recall there being a visual bug where the tooltip for Trip (maybe just Improved Trip) wasn't taking into account other bonuses to trip (such as from fighter enhancements).
