Can epic scrolls be traded? Looking for a Epic Spectral Gloves

I know the shards and seals cant be traded, but can the scrolls?

Well, its the only tradable component of a set of +4 hit, +7 dex gloves, which pretty much everyone wants for their melees and which are not very common (I've seen 3 so far, and probably seen more than most people).

I wouldn't trade my scroll of the spectral gloves for anything worth less than a full boot piece set, I doubt anyone else who has one would trade theirs for any less.
