The stoned air elemental is pretty cool.

This has got to be a bug. Skellies, elementals and other mobs are inherently immume to petrification. The screenies look rad, but it shouldn't happen.

Mummies get silly and start flexing their dry old muscles when they're stoned. Apparently so do wizards.

Think I run in the desert enough? Anybody wanna provide a list of stuff they'd like to see stoned that would normally be immune? I wouldn't mind heading off to hunt for some of these rare statues.

Well, I only use the stuff on the 2 lower bars near the chat window and a few other slots regularly--those are the ones programmed to my gamepad. I found a while ago that I prefer having all of my available spells on a hotbar so that I can swap them in quickly to a gamepad slot, or click them in combat if I need.

The 2 upper bars on the far left are buffs.

The wands/clickies are mostly curative (Remove whatever).

Prismatic Spray! One of its random effects is to turn something to stone irrespective of the monster's composition.

The funny thing about stoned air eles is that if you walk into them, they still toss you.

If the golem had just been following me, it would have been funny, but apparently clay golems have greater strength to strain against the bonds of their non-flesh-turned-stone, because he was swinging at me, and dealing damage!

I was dodging another golem and a skeleton warrior trying to line up shots for disintegrate that wouldn't kill the stoned golem before I could take the screenie.

Since taking the stoned clay golem screenie, I have since stoned several of these bad boys in Epic Wiz King, and they just continue running around without taking any offensive actions. Also, some have been winked out of existence--saves a fair bit of time for the melees, and is something to do besides webbing and waiting.

On an old pnp campaign our sorc would put up prismatic walls, and my horc monk would throw the enemies into the colour that turned them into stone...

Or we would do it after killin the enemy.. Our fortress had quit the impressive statue garden in front of it..
