Swing speed equalization BUG

if it helps I got :

THF at 20 :

90 autoattack
112 autoA w/haste
130 twitch w/haste

keep in mind you get more GB's with autoattack, oddly enough i was getting significantly less attacks with twitch at lvl 19. I'm not really sure why. (and yes i know BaB increases swing speed, but i'm talking a big jump)


I'm confused on why TWF went from having a mainhand + offhand on every attack to having that plus one on their last swing.

So TWF now has 4 mainhand 5 offhand attacks?

BAB 17 no haste:

THF: 79
TWF: 79
S&B: 79
THF twitch: 91

confused now... swing speed seems to be equal at BAB 17.. but TWF is faster at BAB 16? Perhaps TWF suffers less activation time from action boosts?
