    Question Interesting Password Recovery Issue

    Herefollows a tale of woe:

Not that long ago there was released a game called Dungeons & Dragons Online: Stormreach. I was a beta-tester and greatly enjoyed the game. I purchased the box at release and played for several months, enjoying myself greatly. Now, several cycles later, I have discovered that DDO is now free-to-play. However, I cannot remember what my password was and no longer have access to the e-mail address that was associated with the username. I DO know what my username was, but have no way to recover it. I created a new account on the forums to pose this question.

So... what can I do? I had a similar issue with World of Warcraft and was able to call telephone support for assistance. However, the circular links of support in Turbine lead me to nowhere that could help me with this sort of support. I would like to see if there's some sort of credit for having purchased the box of Stormreach so long ago if there is any and would like to use my old account. If there is anything that can be done to help, I would greatly appreciate it. If not, I suppose I'll just start from scratch.

tl;dr: I can't remember the password to my old account and no longer have access to the e-mail address it was associated with. How can I get help?
