    Default AAAAGGGHHH Mirthgar, Help!!!!!

First of all I am impressed with how much posting you have done the last few days. Makes me feel like there is a possibility, however slight, that I might be seen here!!

I am a LotRO subscriber, my account is paid for with a yearly renewal, and all up to date.

I downloaded DDO to give it a try. It says I have to get a product key. Of course I do not have one. I went to my account on Turbine.com and only has LotRO there. To add DDO I need a product key. Which I do not have (in case I forgot to mention that before *smile*)

I emailed the link provided in one of your threads and asked for one. Waited a day. No response. I know you guys are busy, so ok.

I called the support line to get one - waited on hold for over 45 min and gave up. I KNOW you guys are busy right no, so again, no hard feelings of course.

So then I thought I would bother you about it!

WHERE can I get one???? Is there any reason why you cannot just post a generic one on the front page for everyone to use?? I am not a computer person so maybe everyone has to have a unique product key, but this is a FREE game! Why a product key??????

    Hi Gamenurse,

I moved this over to the Accounts help thread area, sorry about the phones but were you calling after 4pm eastern? The queue opens then and I don't think the call wait times were overly long.

As to a "generic" key that wouldn't work they do have to be unique, I'd recommend following up on your Account Mgmt email, typical turn-around on a reply is varying depending on volume but they are all answered in the order received as are the calls.

NOTE: The Customer Support forums are best for Player-to-Player help, for more direct and official support, please submit a ticket to the appropriate team via the form here.

After contacting support, log into your email webpage to add noreply@turbine.com and accountsupport@turbine.com to their "safe senders" list and your contacts list/address book. Be sure to check Spam/Junk Mail folders as well since most email providers do not let external email programs or cell phones download mail flagged this way.
