I can't remember my username

I'd like to start playing DDO again, but I can't remember my old account username. I've now submitted 2 tickets to customer support, but have yet to recieve an answer. I did remember my old forum username (AsbestosTroll), and I can see my old character names under my profile. Is there anyway to find my old username through my old forum account, or do I just need to wait for a reply that may or may not ever come?
