Like the title says, I updated to VIP 2 days ago and my 500 Turbine points still are not showing up. Isn't my billing day the day that I started my VIP, cause I got charged? My 125 points for favor did take a week or so to show up, so maybe the 500 will come soon. Anyone know the answer?

Same problem here
I can't contact turbine for help, every avenue I try just redirects me to another page. I only have 200 points and when I upgraded to VIP I never did get my 500 points. I hope someone can help us with this issue.

Yeah, same here.... I resubbed my main for the early play on the 1st and when I logged in I only had 50 TB, it's now the 11th and I still have not seen the 500 stated that VIP's get....
I have received the TB's I purchased since resubbing, and i finally got my bonus beta TB's moved over from my beta account to my main account... so now it's just waiting to see what the scoop is for the VIP points...

If you haven't already, send an email to Account Management here. We do have a lot of requests for this issue, however we are working as quickly as possible to resolve these in the order they are received.
