I have never seen a more confusing nor dysfunctional system in my life. I just want to purchase an additional product key so that I can open a separate account. Not only does it not tell me how to do that there is nothing but online FQA for help not even a freaking email address to get help.....I have wasted 4 hours trying to find a **** way to buy a product key. Anyone know where I can get one so I can put it in the account page and open a second account. The Turbine store by the way does not have it.

There's nothing to buy. The game is free to play now. Go to http://www.ddo.com/playnow and create a new DDO Unlimited account. This will automatically set up a new Turbine Account with a free DDO Unlimited subscription included. Use that info to log into the game and you're all set.

I tried that but then when I went to update the account and enter billing info it asks me for a product code which I don't have and it won't let me log into the account. Never had such a hard time trying to give someone my **** money.

Hmmm. That doesn't seem right. After creating your DDO Unlimited account you should be able to log into the game and then open the in-game store via the button in the main menu bar. If you'd like to buy points or add a payment method to your account you can do it there without needing to log in again.

I can log into my original account but everytime I try to log into the new one it asks for a product code which I don't have.

Sounds like there was a problem creating the new account - it shouldn't ask you for a key. Unfortunately that's not something I can help you with. You can either a) create a new free account and use that or b) submit a support request to the Account Support team.

This is one of the worse sites I have ever seen for trying to find solutions to problems or contacting customer support if you have a way to contact them it would be appreciated.
