Account upgrade problem

I had only trial account previously but somehow I was able to play in the headstart as f2p (maybe some beta key that got lost in mail, I have no idea really). 3 days ago I used the upgrade option to pay for subscription. My CC was charged and the upgrade option vanished from the account menu but I can still only use free account to play. I tried submitting tickets to account support but no response.

So anything can be done to fix the issue? It's been 5 days since I "upgraded" my f2p account to vip (and sent a ticked via support page) and I still can only use f2p. Is the problem related to lack of activation key? I also hope my next payment will be 30 days after my account gets finally fixed
