Large for Large swaps

Are you short a few larges to craft your tier 3 and just can't seem to loot what you need? I'm in the same boat.

I am looking for: Large Shrapnel

I have: 3 Large Arrowheads, 1 Large Chain, and 3 Large Bones

1 for 1 swaps.
