It's Friday, let's relax a little whilst we float in between lunch and breakfast, which has me thinking about donuts ... a nice chocolate, custard filled donut would be really good about now ... or perhaps you have some other morning pastry you prefer?

KK made some good jelly donuts. But their standard I'll pass on.
I grew up with DD. If a standard chocolate cake glazed isn't around, I like to munch on the holes.

plain, with the crunchy things on it.
Those crunchy things are made of some sort of addictive substance that i have yet to identify.

There is this donut shop in Portland that used to sell a "hangover" donut. It had frosting made with pepto bismol and was sprinkled with aspirin and such. Eventually there were forced to stop selling it because they weren't allowed to sell pharmaceuticals.

I don't eat donuts very often but KK are way to sweet..
I like local donut shops and my fav is gonna be blueberry cake donuts.
