We had the same kind of lag sometimes on Khyber when we were doing 2 portals pattern, one of the groups wiped, the other had to come to the rescue.

We seem to be able to fight through the lag most of the time with two groups. If its real laggy when we start before any portals have pop'd we usually ddoor and reform. But when we went to three groups, everything broke
