ISO Superior Potency IV Ring

Hoping someone out there might have one of these lying around. It will end up being vital to a build I'm trying out. Level is unimportant and if RR, must be Halfling. I can start by offering 150k pp but this is negotiable especialy if the item has a decent kicker on it. If I don't have any luck with a Superior Potency IV ring, I may then be looking for at least an Improved or Greater IV to use for now and would offer less of course. If looking for items, I have Large Stones, Chains, Shrapnel and Bones to offer in place of plat.

So far no luck on finding a superior potency IV ring so I'll send a PM your way Bobbert. Just let me know the details on the ring. level, remaining durability if that's a factor and whatever other abilities are on the ring. I can put together an offer at that time though right now I'm thinking somewhere around 25k pp
