A paralizer is norm min lvl 10 so a rr would be 8.

Right, thats why I put 8th in the title of the original post. No idea why I said "or 9th lvl min". Must have been smoking something.
The mace doesn't have to be undamaged. This cleric is perma-parked at 9th lvl, so I'll prob bind it to her.
