Ummm...seeing that the heal skill really doesn't do you any good in this game...
I'd say maybe 10k plat tops.

Its a good item for somone that can remember to equip it before they shrine. I used to carry them around when I solo but stopped when I kept forgetting to equip them. I would put it on the AH for market price as base and see if it gets any hits. If not you got your answer.
