I have been having strange lag and rubber banding for a few days now. My character will move 10 feet forward, and 5 feet back, its very annoying. I had to drop group today, as I was just unable to play.
Its not my computer:

For any who do not beleive in the lag, try running a Shroud or two.

Mem - I've said it before and I'll say it again. You are truly gifted. Where do you find that stuff????
To divulge my sources would be to potentially risk the safety of my team, place the lives of innocents in jeopardy, and undermine the security of all we've accomplished thus far in the mission. I cannot have that on my conscience, Sir.
We were in part 1 of the Shroud last weekend. Around the second or third portal, someone noticed something strange: There was no lag. Not a single person in the instance lagged while beating the portals. It was such a strange sensation that it completely threw everyone off their game. We had people running to the wrong portals, missing easy jumps, running right past mobs, etc. Everyone was so used to compensating for the lag in there that we had to adjust for it not being there. There were even jokes about how several people had built characters around the lag, and now they were being nerfed by Turbine
But then the lag resurfaced later on in the run, and we all felt much more comfortable. So twelve people in a pug raid were so used to the ever-present lag that it felt extremely odd when it didn't happen. Yeah, lag isn't a problem
