Red face Looking for a Build Plz

I'm interested in making a Barabarian / Fighter

Race does not matter. I have 32 points unlocked.

I was kind of thinking of going with Great maul for something different and was going to try to get Whirlwind attack.

Can anyone suggest how to go or link me to a similar build already posted eleswhere??

    Many Thanks in Advance

    Thumbs up

    32 Pt. Barbarian-Fighter?

Not too difficult, but here go a few ideas:

What race do YOU prefer? I suggest Dwarf (but thats personal choice); WF kick butt and Humans can do quite well also.

    * Look at tier III Barbarian Frenzied Berzerker and if you like what you see then take no more than 2 Fighter levels.

    * STATS: Max STR, Max CON, INT 10 is nice to start so you actually get some Skill points and can do something other that growl. (Start with a +2 INT tome and get it to 12 for extra Skill points or start at 8 and pump it up to 10...either way)

    - DEX is useful, but since you are not gonna be an evasion Barbarian (Highly recommend it - Start 1st Level Rogue for Skill points)

    - WIS also a plus to start at a 10 or so

    - CHA is a dump stat and although it affects your intimidate, prolly not worth putting too much into it (unless you're gonna go Rogue-Barbarian with UMD and much Higher Intimidate)

I really like (and started a WF Frenzied Berzerker Barbarian 15 Fighter 2 Rogue 3 - or maybe will end up Barbarian 14 Fighter 4 Rogue 2)

    Hope this helps.

Does Whirlwind attack replace Great Cleave or do you have access to both during combat??

you get both, but they interrupt your attack chain in a bad way. It seems useful for TWF or a one handed fighter in a group of monsters, but is actually detracting when used by a THF, unless they're really low HP mobs and you have the opportunity to 1 shot all of them. (only thing that comes to mind at end game is bats)

If going THF I'd strongly recommend WF, as their damage potential is unrivaled by the other races. If you're using 1 handed weapons, then any of the races with a racial proficiency work well, or human for the feat for khopesh. Elves with rapiers, or dwarves with dwarven axes. Halfling can be a nice choice if you prefer to be an off tank, grab 2 rogue for evasion and added sneak damage.
