Wow, there is a lot. I mean A LOT of new to DDO and Unguilded people wandering around the Harbor. Korthos, the Harbor and the Marketplace has recently seen a huge population spike here over the past week. Its amazing? What on earth as brought this sudden surge on??

Another game close down??

They send free copies of the disk to Everyone??

They start putting a free 30 day trial disk in the inside of the back cover of the new core 4.0 Players Handbook?

yah i figured out after I made someone i couldn't skip tutorial on thelanis buts its ok i had never run any of those quests so it gave me some new stuff to do and learn by myself

Right, but the next character can - my point was these are all either new or returning people, since they aren't skipping the tutorial.

I've noticed the same thing - the last few days I've been trying to level my lowbies and haven't found a group yet that didn't have at least 2 new people to the game. It is kinda refreshing to go through a dungeon someone else may not have memorized and to see/hear their reactions when BAM! they walk head-long into a blade trap because the rogue is still learning how to be a rogue. It takes me back!

DDO I think is making a major push after mod 8 and through mod 9. My dream is they will be forced to open up another 2 or 3 servers.

Those were great ideas. No really! People might be all setting up new accounts because of Uma's pie and maybe they too are escaping the evils of gravy. I'm thinking its probably something else.

Anyone know the answer?? I'd talk to them and do a poll. You know stand on the bridge from the Harbor Auctioneer to the Market gate and interrogate people that come across the bridge.....

I'll do that tomorrow. All day long when anyone comes across the bridge, I'm gonna beat them down with questions. The Umber Hulk under the bridge. I may wait down by the boat coming from Korthos and stalk all who appear in front of me.
