Default Is there a potion to boost Enchantment?

I'm struggling to Charm Beholders (when it sticks, it sticks for 10 seconds or so) and was wondering if there was a potion I could take to improve my Enchantment ability. I already have staves of potency and penetration.
Should I try with heighten on or does that even help.

If it helps any, these are the guys in VON3 I'm having trouble with.

    Thanks!

    don't bother....

what's happening is you charm one beholder, and one nearby dispels it with his antimagic eye.

you're pretty much wasting your time trying to charm the beholders in von 3.

    WOW!
    DUH! (on my part)
I didn't even think of that, very good (and obvious) point.

Any strategy tips for that area?
My party always looks to me to (try) and get us through this part.

why do they look to you to do it?

drop walls of fire on the ones that don't move in the middle. have melee gang up on the ones that can move and take them down on their own.

    ranged weapons and patience helps.

don't PK unless you want to die.

You could cast blindness then charm, or something like that. PM Ghoste on confermation on this one.
Q&A is the business of pointing out others' failures. Optimists need not apply.
