The higher end the better. I'm not an expert on the level breakdown, but particularly a maladroit or weakening with a high weighted % would rock. If not possible, probably just high + and high %. Thanks!!

I did some research and a maladroit or weakening of weighted 5% should exist by the level limits. Please give me a shout if you have such an item. Thanks!
