I don't necesarly agree with this. There is alot of people who do not venture outside of there guild or friends. They may not be forum natives either, as a vast majority of the player base is not on the forums. They are not going to pug and not going to get to know people who pug frequently.

And at same time thats what makes these lists so difficult.
