Scourge Choker for trade

Scourge choker for trade. Really happy with it, but it doesn't fit in any of my current builds very well. I am willing to entertain serious offers for this, especially those including large scales and large stones.

For anyone who does not know, scourge choker is a necklace with disease immunity and a on-hit affect that gives you +str and con for a short duration, and stacks with itself - up to 8 str and con. It procs often and is balanced by an exhaustion affect.

Curious - how long does it last when it goes off. Does the timer reset when it goes from +2 to 4, 6... If exhausted and it procs, does the exhaustion go away?

Based on my experience with it, it activates for about 13-15 seconds for each tier, and the penalty is for the same tier. It is almost always going - the proc rate must be extremely high. The penalty seems to go away every time it procs again. For fights where I am getting hit constantly, it's always on at least the third level, and I don't notice the exhaustion - usually I only see that icon between fights, so it's not an issue.

Basically, it's extremely powerful situationally (especially vs red names and raid bosses) but is not ideal in every situation. Probably not a good item if you have 70 AC, but great on a barbarian, a no-ac melee type, or a caster who wants extra hp.

To clarify some of the PMs I have received, I'm looking for around 7-12 larges for this item, based on several previous trades.
