I'm currently thinking of making 2 new Characters (mainly for when the new slots open for me come Mod 8)...
Character 1
One I'm thinking will be Wizard (or Sorcerer) 5 / Monk x
I'm considering Sorc for the SP to use with Max / Empower.
I'll be using him for flanking combat (obviously not a main melee character).
I'm thinking Drow (since I don't have 32 pt available yet).
What I want to do with him is take Shocking Grasp, Chill Touch, Ghoul Touch and Touch of Idiocy (for his main spells).
Upon entering combat, he'll cast ToI on casters along with Ghoul Touch (since its a Fort Save), then follow up with Max / Emp Shocking and Chill, then finish off with regular monk melee.
Max enhancements on Electricity for more damage (Fire/Ice doesn't affect Chill touch because its actually negative energy right?)
Character 2
On the other character, I'm thinking a Tempest Mage...
Again, Drow, either Ranger 6 / Wizard 10 or Fighter 2 / Ranger 6 / Wizard 6.
Taking the melee levels to get to Tempest as fast as possible (the one with 2 fighter levels gets there faster because of the extra feats).
With the Wizard levels, he'll be taking things like Extend, Eschew Materials etc...
As for his spell choice, mainly buffs with Touch of Idiocy thrown in (buffs being things like Stoneskin, Fire Shield etc...) along with Dimension Door once he gets high enough level.
For enhancements, the Elven Arcane Fluidity line so he can have as little ASF as possible while in armor, Drow Melee enhancements, Tempest obviously, and the ranger terrain Lore enchancements to level 2 (along with Energy Resist 2)...
