    Default Character Building Question

I have a slight problem. Don't know if it is with the Character Planner v.2.96 or what, but :

I am trying to put my original character into the character planner to play with enhancements, etc. I ran into problems with putting in his stats.

My BASE stats are a lot higher in "cost" than 32 points.

    16 STR - 14 BASE +1 Inherent +1 Feat
    24 DEX - 18 BASE +2 Inherent +4 Feat
    14 CON - 12 BASE +2 Inherent
    12 INT - 12 BASE
    14 WIS - 14 BASE
    10 CHA - 9 BASE +1 Inherent

Using the Dungeons and Dragons Online Character Planner 2.96 - to get my BASE stats would require 37 points. This was my very first character, so it was a 28pt build. Is there a Birthday Cake bonus not showing as Inherent or Feat?
This is the stats with him being totally naked - nothing equipped except a quiver and some arrows.

What am I missing? Is it the Level Up increases?? (doah!)
It is not about the destination, it is about the journey.

We would need to know what race we're talking about here as that makes a difference.

The level up increases add to your base, so that's 4 points there (presuming he's level 16?).

You can't be a Drow, because of the Cha score (Drow have base 10). The closest I can get with a 28 pt build is an Elf, with 14,16,12,12,13,9

If you then added two points to Dex and one point to Wis during level up, that gets you to what you show. And you'd only have to be level 12 to get there.

Without knowing what race you are or what level you are, that's the best I can do
The locus of my identity is totally exterior to me.

Your level up increases (at level 4,8,12,16) all show as "base" stats...

So if you had a 16 Dex when you started, and added +1 to your Dex at level 4 and 8, you would see your "base" Dex as being 18 now... even though it was really 16 at level 1

Yeah. I'm not seeing any mention of your level-up increases in your calculations. Just tomes and feats. So, probably, you're overestimating your actual base because those level-ups are added into your base on your in-game character sheet.
