would u craft everything up to the shards as well as the blank and 1st and 2nd tiers?
making the foci and everything, just a thought have an extra wop rapier was gonna do some sort of mega competition for it but this might work

Yep. I'd make the greensteel blank and all the foci needed. If you want a single shard tier 3, then I'll you you the extra 12 larges.
