Caster Kamas?

Hey all,

I'm waiting until I open 32 point to make my next toon, my first cleric, to which I plan to add 2 levels of monkiness...

I've heard that spell enhancing Kamas are tough to find. I just got a +3 Kama on Spell Pen VII. I know this would not be as nice as, say, a high devotion item, but I'm wondering if at end or near-end game spell pen enhancement is a common thing on named items or if it's something I should value highly and save for the build? My current toons seem in level 9-10 doldrums...

At high level it's common to have spell penetration on named necklaces, belts, bracers, hats, and especially robes.
