quick question about imp twf

for improved twf it says i need a dex of 17- my question is do stat point from (2 levs of ranger) enhancements count towards that or does my BASE score need to be 17?

right now i am at 16 base, 1 feat (ranger enhancement), 2 enchanted. i know the enchanted doesn't count towards feat requirements. any help appreciated

In order to meet a stat requirement, you can only use Base + Inherent bonuses. So no, stat enhancements do not count toward meeting the requirement.

Base Dex + Level Up Points + Tomes COunt twoards the Prereq.

Good news is that respecing feats does not look at when your dex hit the proper prereq so if you take level up points and tomes, you can go back and respec lower level feats for the TWF Chain.
