    Talking Rrrrrrrrrroooaaarrrr!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great run. Going to be the new Reaver... other than the run there being tedious. Nice lead, Dog.

    Red face some help

same tactics for hard and norm. Its solid all the way through. Only thing that changes is that you can make less mistakes and you need teamwork.

roaming team needs to WEoP and wop rangers IMO, and a pally for saves would help

    3 clerics

1 AC build for backdoor guarding and uncharmed dog maint cleanup.
1 caster for CC(only use 3 sfogs or acid fogs(placement is portland, in front of fighter line and backdoor) more than 3 is a hinderance.
1 bard buffage and spot healing

all buffage occurs at fighter line, 1 cleric can mass heal everyone at the line with ease, after the first message or as soon as you have 2-3 dogs, 2 clerics on dogs healing

give ac build the tokens, and have 1 roam carry them back to him, but after first message have 1 roamer gaurd backdoor with ac build.

DO NOT BREAK THE LINE FO ANYTHING

assign 1 cleric to head out to recue roamers when needed, ie rezs and rebuffing, usually same cleric who is mass healing the line.

    hope this helps,
    -dog

    Arrow alternate method

    Seen it used, its lovely.

Stone to flesh the uncharmed dogs at your homebase

charm them, then un stone them when you wish

I've only taken the puppy down on normal so far. Looking forward to trying it out harder.

    Woot yay for us!

My additional advice -- use as many WoP weapons as you can. Pretty self-evident but makes a huge difference.

Also - WoP Bows with multishot are incredibly effective. From homebase you can skirt out into the circle and drop the mini-beholders that approach simultaneous from both sides. You can also drop the flayers in about 2 secs on either end.

I predict this will be the new Reaver in short time.

I am very disappointed in the loot in this raid from a ranged perspective. I was so looking forward to running my ranged character in there as I could see with the layout of the dungeon, mob types, and objectives he was going to dominate in there, but the loot sucks for him. Initially the loot actually looked good, but the breastplate effect doesn't apply to ranged according to Turbine and probably the chain shirt either so really no reason for a ranged character to run the dungeon other then for fun..

Ranged characters have the highest to-hit in the game and this doesn't stack with bard songs so I don't agree with this statement.

Not sure about some of you but my Ranger 9/Bard 7 would absolutely love this ring (or spectral gloves ). Not every bard tends to play inspire greatness either. Some people only have enough patience to wait for the inspire courage before they dash off.

I pulled tumbleweed and I'm darn happy with it.

First, I can get rid of the +6 dex boots ....

Then I get a nice tumble boost so I don't have to worry about swapping in my FF item quite so much.

And last ... +2 to hit is frickin' awesome. That's like another stacking, permanent +4 to my dex whether I'm ranging or meleeing. Who wouldn't want a +4 dex tome (even if only limited to your 'to hit')?!?
