I've heard rangers who love their triple earth bows.
I've heard rogues that love their lightning blasters.
I've heard EVERYONE love their min 2's.
I've only heard 1 person complain about putting tier 3 on a weapon and that was because he messed up the recipe.
I personally can't wait for my 2 triple positives and 2 min 2s to be complete. I'll be able to get rid of about 6 weapon sets.

I'd say it's between 5-10%. I love mine, mainly because I still don't hit everything on a 2 in some places without nutty buffs, and most importantly... you can neg level stuff like pit fiends to deathWhoever is creating an enervation guard ( fire/negative/fire/negative) does it work or every once in awhile.
DPS wise it doesn't seem to do much besides cripple creatures, but supposedly it's much better on epic.olganon.org - Remember to play in moderation.

I know it's old, but my rogues love their Radience II weapons. They are a Holy/fire burst/+4 ac SS and a Flame/good burst/fire blast Rapier. I like them veryy much. I even sometimes wish I had one on a different character instead of his Lightning II rapier. That is until that strike finnally goes off...
