i also have a Lightning 2 bow and am very happy. i have no complaints about it and every time I see the big old lightning bolt from the sky it makes me happy all over again.

The most important thing is to show your Pokemons love and respect, ALWAYS! Do that then you chop them up and stuff them in your new sword it will perform better for you.

My hagglebard LOVEs the Pos/Pos/(soon to be Pos) goggles I made. In hindsight, I would have made them air/air/air instead. The only reason for this is that I cant seem to pull large devil scales, and a pos upgrade needs 3, while air only needs 2.

Made air/air/airs for my sorc, and never looked back.

I have a tier 3 Vacuum II bow.

It's kinda cool to see the mobs go 'chink' and turn into a little gem when they get shot

The only thing I've been able to craft w/ any of the soul gems so far is the plain-Jane Adamant ritual.

I have ~20 or so 'other' gem types that I've collected, but none of them fit in the altar. It's easy enough to go hunting for standard Essence of Earth soul stones, and I've collected 50+ which I've given to guildies for upgrading durability of items.

Hopefully those other stones will be useful some day, so I'm keeping them in the bag for now... who knows.

My other tier 3 is a holy/good burst/good blast bow which I use in shroud runs. With a few stacks of silver arrows, it's a lot of nice red numbers when multi-shot recycles

I have an all earth line bow so on many shot the earth grab effect is pretty nice.
Also have a lighting II with heightened awareness on a SS which I really like!

One time he almost earth grabbed the titan with that bow. Then he didn't. lol

Yes it does sick damage to most mobs in the game, and when the earthgrab goes off its like insta-kill.
I'd say earthgrab happens at about the same frequency as vorpal (maybe a little less) but as far as I know its completely random.

funny that you say that........ now that I think about the whole soulstone of appropriete level thing....... it is very pokemonesque

took a helm up to tier 3 on my bard. its wiz6, +1 and +3 to cha skills. 9% crit on healing lore and 100 sp. i think it was pos, pos, pos. so i also have disruption gaurd and true rez.
