    Default Old Fashioned Game Card?

I have a "60 Day Pre-Paid Game Card" that was bought in 2006. The Subscription section of the Turbine Account page seems to have no way to enter the code for it. I also went to the PayByCash site, but it also doesn't seem to have a way to select this type of card. Is there any way to redeem it?

You had me worried for a moment! As soon as you log into your account management page if you scroll to the bottom you should see the date your subsciption expires. Just below that is the button "Add Game Card."

If your card should for any reason not work just give the 1-800 number a call and ask to add it manually. I recently added a bunch of cards and some didn't work due to some odd system bug. Tech support added them without any problems

Thanks for the reply -- but that button is apparently only there on Active Subs -- I posted this for a friend who's trying to come back and that button is not there for him. I checked and it IS there for me, but not on his billing page.

    Strange huh?

No, it isn't. Honest. Below that date is "Signup Date". There's no "Add Game Card" on the whole page; I checked by using Ctrl-F in my browser.
Got complaints about the in-game hirelings?
That's nothing compared to what they say about YOU

Odd! Sorry I am not really sure then. I know I was able to reactivate my inactive account with gamecards but something may have changed. Here is what it looks like now for me

No option for game cards in choose billing options either?
Like I said before though. Just give them a call and ask to add a gamecard to your account. It's annoying saying each letter and number but it gets the job done. Good luck!

There should be an option to reinstate the subscription, then when you select the payment method, you should have an option to add a game time card.

The only reason that this wouldn't be there is if the account was suspended due to a payment failure or if the account were suspended by Turbine for various reasons (chargebacks, TOS violation, etc).

or if the account never had a game attached to it.

I preordered the game set up an accout for the preorder headstart and hated it so much that I gave the game away unopened. got a trial account a few weeks ago and am really lovin the game this time around( hated it before cause I was expecting D&D not this ranks and robots stuff) when I tryed to reactivate my first account I had to buy the game and activate the code before I could select a payment option
