Possible 3 way trade (I want the scimitar, so I'll throw this out there to give one more option):

If someone with a bloodstone for trade is looking for a smiting rapier instead, I have this:
+1 axiomatic rapier of smiting, rr human, 2 pts of perm damage. 17 hardness, 123 durability.

We could arrange a 3-way, where I trade you the rapier for your bloodstone, and then trade Memnir the bloodstone for his scimitar.

Not really hijacking ... sort of a piggyback. It open's the doors to those piercing spec'd also. The guy with the bloodstone now can choose from either a rapier or the scimmy so long as the bloodstone does end up in memnir's hands.

Yep, that's exactly right. I'll re-arrange my post so the first line mentions the 3-way o_O.

I'd give a bloodstone for a kukri... I just need it finessable.

Ok, my mistake, I didn't notice the 3-way trade bit, just read the first two lines, sorry Vhlad. If only I had a spare bloodstone.

One modification is enough in a trade post for my tastes. I was okay with Vhlad proposing a variation of the deal - but two is pushing it. This is really lowclass, and I'm ****ed off about it.

Offer recinded. I'll try again to pull a Bloodstone on my own, or offer the Scimmie up for trade at some other point. Or maybe I'll just pop it on the AH and make enough $ to buy one. Ya know - I usually prefer this trade forum to the AH since it's free of BS. I guess I was just proven wrong.

In RL, I'm cool with three-ways. As trade ettiquite - it's frankly rude and crass.
