I personally have looted 2 already on Ghallanda do I am not sure they are rare or even uncommon but I would say you could get 70k-100k plat for it minimum.

1 week before mod 6 they would have been worth alot. Ive turned down multiple in end rewards recently in favor of a mana pot.
