Feather falling boots.

+1 fire,ice,acid,thundering, acid greataxe.

+2 icy burst or any burst bow.

Any named items that is rare, shield,armor,helms, etc.

for the ff boots just keep running water works and eventually you will get offered the boots they will be bound but thats an easy way to get them
