Feat for more Spells?

Is there any PnP president for a feat that grants an additional low level spell(s)? I want another level 2 spell! I'd give up a feat or a higher level spell, to get it!

Heck, looking at the list of new spells I'd be tempted to give up a level 8 spell for a level 2 spell instead!

There are Feats in the PnP game that gives you one extra spell slot and one that gives you one extra spell, the spell one is useless to Wizards, though they can take it.

IIRC, in PnP, you can also use a higher level slot to memorize/prepare/learn a lower level spell. For example, no 3rd level spell you want? Take an extra L1 or L2 spell instead. Alas, not in DDO.
