Wand and Equipment Question

Hey guys... I used to have a toon in beta up until the dragon was brought in. I got rid of my account and now I have started a new one, of course some things have changed and I can't remember everything from a little over a year ago. I was looking to purchase a couple of wands, I went to the Bazaar and found CLW and CMW. I'm at lvl 6 right now and I was looking for something a little higher in lvl since some people that I have encountered in PUG have over 200hp at this point. Can someone please point me in the direction to get my hands on some higher end wands?

Oh and as a side note, what lvl do you have to be to get the Blue Dragon Armor and Scepter with Greater Devotion 5 from the token turn in?

The Sceptre of Healing from Invaders is ML10 I think, maybe 12.

The Dragon Armors are in that ballpark too.

Thank you so much for the quick replies and clarification on which tavern. Its 10 tokens for the septer and 25 scales for the armor correct? I'm just getting my want list together for my long term goals with this toon. Anything else that someone can add to my list? My cleric is a Nannybot build with DH and DV. My normal kill count might be 1 the whole quest, but it would be from my SB CC.

It is 25 for pretty much anything with Tokens including the Sceptre.

You might be recalling the special items from the Black Anvil Mines Smith who would use the Adamantine Ore to make armor or other special items like the Heavy Fortification Necklace. Those all cost betwen 8 and 15 Ore apiece.
