Looking for melee alacrity

I am looking for a melee alacrity ring, RR Human is fine. I don't know much about these things but a few are very vocal about 'em being garbage 'cause they do not stack with Haste. Thus, I'm not sure their worth but I would like to experiment with one. I do have a Ring of Shadows I can probably part with for one but I have no clue what is a fair deal for one. I also have a Wisdom +6 necklace RR Dwarf I can trade too. And some other stuff but I'm not the type to memorize all my loot. Let me know via PMs. Thanks!

Someone had sent a PM which I received first and so if the deal with him does not work out, I will make contact with you. I'm very random on these forums and can go two or three weeks without ever looking and then have one or two days where I'm messaging all over the place.

Anyhow, I've since realized it's neck or docent only. For some reason I thought I saw it on a ring somewhere which would be much easier for me to utilize than on my neck. Because of this, it's less valuable to me but will honor my original offers even though am now in no big hurry because I'd have to do a major shuffle of outfitting and buying/trading.

What's the minimum level on it? I'm guessing 11. Wrong? Where does it drop?
