To clarify:

I want to know if there are players who are willing to make offers for this item, and if so, what offers are they making, in the hopes to make a trade.

The only real items I am trying to get currently is the Bloodstone, so if anyone has one they are willing to trade for this, I will stop and declare him the winner, even if someone offers an account full of items.

I have seen forum traders with multiple Bloodstones up for trade, and I have seen people seeking the item I have above.

I never said a Bloodstone is the minimum offer I would entertain, but I did say the Bloodstone offer would be the instant winner.

Depending on how you look at it, a weapon that can damage all creatures with an avoidable DR is just as powerful as an item that gives you a bonus to damage creatures, of which the bonus damage still might not help you.
