Looking for disrupting and/or paralyzing heavy repeaters. Avoiding rr if possible (but not out of question). Also any high speed shortswords, kukris( vorp kukri would be cool) or rapiers.

+1 Ghost Touch Greataxe of Smiting (no rr)
+1 Crippling Greataxe of Disruption (no rr)
+1 Vorpal Khopesh (no rr)

I would say his use of the term "high speed" as bursters of PG, epics, or dual stat damaging shortswords, i.e.:really nice ones

mtmouse got it right; epics, bursters, etc. are what im looking for. It is a military term, sorry force of habit.
