??? Item Question ???

I just acquired a +2 Conjuration Scepter that states

Conjuration Focus: all of your conjuration spells have the DC to resist them increased by +1
Evocation Focus: all of your evocation spells have the DC to resist them increased by +1

Yet, when equipping this item and looking at my spell selection - its still the same, all base level.
I have the feat Spell Focus:Evocation, but not conjuration.

Where do I go to see what my "ACTUAL" DC on my spells that I am casting is?

On my spell list it is showing 10+spell level and nothing more....

Check the visual dice roll and check the modifier when you cast... about all you can do, really

Smurfing Smurf!! How can we tell what Smurfing items work the way we smufing want them to?!?!?

The visual is correct - for just basic 10+spell level, and sometimes it will show my caster-stat bonus too, but can we not get something a little more accurate? It IS important as to what items we equip and what items we sell....

It is buggy but there's an easy way to see your real dc's. If you mouse over a spell and it's showing base DC (10+spell level) just click on any spell that *will not go off* IE a fireball while you're in town. You'll get an error msg saying "that spell cannot be used in a public area;" then, if you mouse over your spells, you'll see the correct DCs... for a while :P

While that is occasionally the case it is not always displayed wrong. Try mousing over in your hotbars I find more success there.

Just logged in to test those things out and... its showing what I hoped would be correct on my DCs now...

20 is much better than 11

So, in addition to the tricks above, log off for a day and log back on..
