    I don't think there is anything like that out there. Dwarven axes just don't have that attribute on them. sorry.

    Yup pretty sure Potency only comes on scepters, q-staffs and clubs.

    D-Axes can have that attribute on them. However they are far more rare.

    The only weapon besides Scepters, Clubs, or Staffs that I have with attributes on them like that are Long Swords and I have on for my Bard that is Greater Spell Penetration V Good Luck finding that Axe

    Yeah, it can happen, but would be in incredibly good (Bad?) Roll....

    Potency is extremely stacked on Clubs and other Simple Weapons. a few Martials and the very rare Exotic.
